This Fruit dehydration lab is related to unit two which is Water: Body & Food. In this lab, we will choose two sample of the fruit and dehydrate it in the dehydrator. We will leave it in the dehydrator for about 1 week. After that we will make an observation again and compare it to the original sample. In this lab, I have learned many reflections:
1) e. Use technology to learn, research, and work because before we go to the lab, we need to choose the fruit sample first and then research about the time that we need to leave it in the dehydrator.

On October 15, 2015 our group has created the poster which is related to lesson five in food science class (The Scientific Method and Conducting Result). Objective of this activity is to create a scientific method and analyze each variables in an experiment. Such as independent variable and dependent variable. In this activity, we created an experiment called Fermented mango & Dried mango, which one can preserve longer?. We have identified each variables, created a hypothesis and procedure in this experiment.
